Signals Notebook: Correct format for DATE/TIME when bulk updating data

When trying to perform a bulk update to existing data the date/time is not correctly imported.

Solution: To ensure the date/time data is imported correctly the format for the import data should be "YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ"
