Share a Variations Table with other users from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ Variations Table template must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [Table Templates]
2️⃣ Table Templates ➡ select variations table template to share
3️⃣ Variations table template ➡ select [Sharing]
4️⃣ Sharing ➡ select Users/Groups
5️⃣ Users/Groups tab ➡ select Filter by username/group name... ➡ type username/group name ➡ select [plus icon]
6️⃣ Users/Groups section ➡ select [permission]

Supporting Knowledge

If the Variations Table template is not shared, users will not be able to insert it in an experiment. 

• The admin could have different Variations Table templates for each group, or the templates can be made available to all users.
• If a user role has the Managed System Templates privilege, the admin can share templates with write access to allow editing of the templates.
