Signals Notebook: I have tried to add reviewers to my experiment but the users I want to add are not visible. How can I find these users and assign them as reviewers

In order to designate a user as a reviewer of an experiment, this user must fulfill some conditions.

• The user you want to designate as a reviewer must be able to view an experiment in order to review it. Viewing can be enabled via the security policy or via explicit sharing.
• Only users whose e-mail address belongs to the same domain as yours can be searched for. For all other users, you must provide their full e-mail address. Note: if you have the Broad User Search privilege enabled by your system administrator, then you will be able to search for users across email domains by typing their first and last names.
