Signals Notebook: Is it possible to rename variants in a variant table

Variants cannot be individually renamed but a system administrator can generate automatic custom names for each variant. Below you will find a step-by-step instruction on how to change the name of the variants.

1. Access to SRS.
2. Go to Configuration. 
3. Select the option "System Settings".
   
4. Expand the option “Other”.
   
5. Click on the option "Variations Table".
   
6. The variant name configuration window will be displayed. In this window you will be able to rename the variants in the variant table, where you have the option to generate automatic names, where it is included:
   1. The current parent name of the variation table.
   2. The current name of the variation table.
   3. The user alias or the user initials. 

Note: These actions must be performed by a System administrator.
