Signals Notebook: Experiment templates are not shown as part of the results when searching 'Signals Templates'

While logged in as a regular non-admin user the 'Advanced Search' source 'Signals Templates' only list contents present in the user's 'Templates' folder. Experiment system templates are not searchable, only personal experiment and text templates can be searched through this feature.

Solution: Log into the application as an administrator user and navigate to the Signals Configuration > System Objects > Experiments > Templates
