Details:
If you ever need to know a Clinical Study's most recent refresh of data, the best way to tell is on the Studies page and the Last updated column, there should be a timestamp there. Also, on the Study edit screen, there should be a Study Information card that has a Revision number and timestamp. See the below screenshot.
A study's data can get refreshed by someone manually triggering the refresh, or via the schedule. Each study has its own schedule. See the below screenshot.
A study might not be scheduled at all for data refreshes. See the below screenshot.
