Signals Notebook: I can't give access to all configurations to a custom user role, what is happening

By creating a user role, we can give it access to many folders within the configuration menu, but there are actions that cannot be assigned to new roles and require the user to have the System admin role in order to grant access to these actions. Below you will find a list of these actions.

• View the External Sources (Data Sources and external actions) folder.
• View Chemistry Settings.
• View the Users folder.
• View the Roles folder.
• View the System Settings folder.
• View and Query Audit Log.

These actions are specific to the "System administrator" role and cannot be assigned to another role.
