Signals Notebook: Is there a way to update the licenses assigned to users in bulk?

Details: The 'Bulk Update' feature can be used to make changes to the licenses of a group of users.

Steps:
1. Navigate to Signals Configuration > User
2. Expand 'Create User' and select 'Bulk Update'
3. Click 'Download Current Users'
4. Open the downloaded 'Users.csv' file
5. Modify the 'true/false' value of the 'Licenses' column for the product for the users
6. Save the changes
7. Click on 'Choose file' and import the modified file
8. Click 'Update Users'
