Details: Some Task Templates are no longer necessary and should not be visible to the users. To prevent users from selecting the wrong template during creation, it is necessary to have a way to delete them, hide them, or assign them to specific groups .
Solution: There is no option to hide or delete Task templates. The feature has been requested in the Ideas Portal. You can review the requests and vote for them at the following links:
