Signals Notebook: Is there a way to link a External Action to a specific table?

Details: External actions can be linked to other application elements by using the 'Apply to' option during creation.

Steps:
1. Log into Signals Notebook with an administrator user
2. Navigate to 'External Actions'
3. Click on '+ Create External action'
    3.1. Fill in the form to create the required action
    3.2. In the option 'Apply to' select 'Table' from the dropdown menu
    3.3. Clear the checkbox from the 'Apply to all templates' option
    3.4. From the 'Apply to templates' dropdown menu select the name of the table template to link the external action to
4. Click on 'External Actions Activation'
    4.1. Click on 'Activate' to enable the action
