Signals notebook: how to re-assign user Notebooks/Experiments before deletion

Description: Collaborators often leave organizations, but their data remains behind and there is a need to re-assign that info to a current member of the organization.

SNB gives admins the option to assign the resources to an existing member of that team or to an admin.

Before confirming the user deletion, uncheck the Don't share full control checkbox and then click Delete user and Share content.
