Signals Notebook: Unable to Import Materials with HELM Structures

A user reported an issue with importing materials containing HELM structures into the system. Despite using a previously successful workflow and validating the HELM strings using the web editor at http://webeditor.openhelm.org/WebService/FirstPage.html, the import process was failing. The user provided a UTF-8 .csv file containing the materials data for investigation.

Solution: The issue was resolved by turning off and then turning back on the libraries feature within the system. After this action, the user was able to successfully register materials with HELM structures on the tenant. The following steps were taken to resolve the problem:

1. Turn off the libraries feature in the system settings.
2. Turn the libraries feature back on.
3. Attempt to register materials with HELM structures.

Note: After completing these steps, please confirm to your support person that they were able to register materials with HELM structures successfully. This solution appears to have reset or refreshed the system's ability to process HELM structures during material import.
