Signals Notebook: I am unable to edit a Task I created

Depending on the Task’s status editing the task is not available even for the creator:

- Only tasks with the 'New' status can be deleted
- Tasks in 'Submitted' can be completed or cancelled
- Tasks in 'Completed' or 'In Progress' do not allow changes
- Tasks in 'Cancelled' status can be reopened or deleted
