Signals Notebook: As an Administrator how can I see all the User Groups created by the users in the tenant

Details: Only the system groups are visible from the System Groups smart folder. In the User Groups smart folder, personal groups can be seen additionally but user groups created by other standard users can not be seen.

Solution: User Groups are created and managed at an individual user level. To be able to see a User Group created by another user they will have to share it with you.
