Signals Notebook: When sharing a Notebook the privileges are not cascaded to the contained experiments

Description: After removing the owner of a notebook to add another user as the owner the privileges are not cascaded to the experiments contained in the notebook

Solution: This is a known limitation of the application, once all the users with privileges are removed from the notebook it looses the ability to cascade the privileges to the experiments. To prevent the problem please add the new owner user before removing the current owner use.
