Signals Notebook: Create a Plate from a saved plate map in Signals

Prior to this task:

✔ Experiment must be created.

✔ Plate must be added to an experiment.

✔ A plate map must be saved.

1️⃣ Signals Dashboard ➡ select  [Experiments]
2️⃣ Experiments ➡ select experiment
3️⃣ Experiment Contents pane ➡ select  [“plate name”]
4️⃣ Plate section ➡ select [Select Map]
5️⃣ Select Plate Map window ➡ enter plate map name
6️⃣ Select Plate Map window ➡ select [Apply Plate Map]

Supporting knowledge

Notes:

• Plate map search is case sensitive. Users must know the correct Plate map name.
• Only Well Format and Concentration tabs will be populated.
