Signals ChemDraw: Login help for Signals ChemDraw

You can ONLY access Signals ChemDraw if you are first added to the tenant by your local Signals ChemDraw Administrator.

Once added, you will receive a welcome email indicating specifically that you were added as a user and containing your tenant's URL (see sample email below):

The email is sent from noreply-srs@revvitycloud.com.  If the email does not arrive, please check all your spam folders and check with your IT team to see if the email is blocked by your email server.

For Outlook, you can add this email address to your Safe Senders List (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-recipients-to-the-safe-senders-list-in-outlook-be1baea0-beab-4a30-b968-9004332336ce).

If everything fails, navigate to the URL provided on your welcome email, enter your email address and click the forgot password option under the "?" icon:

**Note: A legend at the top will indicate that the email was sent.
