Description: Users may encounter the below error when they try to delete the Samples Table.
Error: "We encountered an issue saving the samples Table. Please contact your System administrator. Error code: 422"
Solution:
- Verify the status of samples within the Samples Table.
- If samples are in Closed or Cancelled status, these prevent the deletion of the Samples Table.
- To resolve:
a. Re-open all samples in Cancelled/Closed status, if appropriate for the workflow.
b. Ensure all samples are in an active status.
c. Attempt to delete the Samples Table again.
Note: As per the current design of Signals Notebook, Samples Tables containing samples in a Closed or Cancelled status cannot be deleted. For more information, refer to the Help Center under Signals Notebook > Working with Information Items > Working with Samples > Samples Status.
