Signals ChemDraw: How do I Transfer from ChemDraw Activation Codes to Signal ChemDraw Authentication with ChemDraw Version 23?

NOTE:  First, make sure your admin has added you to the tenant.  You should receive a welcome email with the tenant URL and access instructions.

1.  To transfer from ChemDraw activation codes to Signal Authentication, open the activation window at Help | Licensing and click "Deactivate"

**Not required if you open ChemDraw and it prompts you for an activation, meaning that your previous activation code has expired.  If this is the case, go to step #4.

 2.  Wait for the confirmation shown below,  click “ok”

3.  Now click “Cancel”

4.  The following window will appear, select "Signals account” and “Continue”

5. Enter your tenant URL in this window that appears and click “Sign in"

6. Your tenant login will appear, click “sign in”


7.  You will then  see this window, click “Ok”



8.  After ChemDraw opens again, it will be licensed with Signals Authentication
