Signals Notebook: Compound Search and Registration

Signals Notebook offers robust capabilities for searching and registering compounds, including structure-based searches and automatic linking of materials to their associated experiments and containers.

A. Structure Search:
1.Navigate to Search > Add filter > Select "Chemical"
2. Use the chemical drawing tool to search for specific structures

B.Tracking Synthesized Compounds:
When registering a material from an experiment, Signals Notebook automatically creates links between:
1. The material and the experiment where it was synthesized 

2. Any containers created for that material.

3. Barcodes: The inventory system automatically generates a unique barcode for each registered compound
