If you are attempting to export your Signals Notebook Individual Edition experiments, so they can be imported into Signals Notebook Standard edition and the process is failing, there are a number of factors that could cause this to happen. Please review and follow the actions outlined below:
- Export Experiments in Batches: If your notebook contains more than 100 experiments, you’ll have the option to select a specific range for export. As a best practice, avoid exporting more than 100 experiments at a time from Signals Individual. Please select them in smaller batches and try again.
- Processing Time for Large Files: While importing in Signals Notebook Standard some notebooks may include experiments with large files, which can take longer to upload. Please allow the system sufficient time to complete the process (this might take more than an hour in some cases). Ensure the system is given enough time to finish the action.
- Browser Tab Management: When performing the import, make sure no other browser tabs are open. This can help speed up the process by allocating more system resources to the upload.
- Try Different Browser or Incognito Mode: Try performing the export using different browsers (e.g., Edge, Chrome, Safari) or in incognito/private browsing mode to rule out any browser-specific issues.
- Ensure a Stable Network Connection: Ensure that you’re in an area with a stable network connection. Unstable or fluctuating connectivity can impact the export process, especially when handling bulk files.
- Close Unnecessary Browser Tabs: When performing the import, ensure no other browser tabs are open. This can help speed up the operation by allocating more resources to the upload process.
