Description:
In some instances, users of Signals Line Listing Review (SLLR) may experience an unexpected reset of Review Status to "New", for all Lab values in their Clinical Study, losing previous review status values. This issue may occur when key column values do not match the column format, particularly when integer values exist for a column is formatted as real (e.g., visit numbers) as part of the key. Note that LLR requires a set of columns to be defined as "key columns" and the combined set of values uniquely identifies each row.
Section 9 of the User Guide defines a set of possible states for each row of the customer's Clinical data:
use this backup to manually re-mark the status of affected items.
If the Review Status of all rows unexpectedly resets to "New", the previous values are lost.
Solution:
It is important to identify the cause of the reset. Check if any key columns of your LLR Template, especially those with decimal numbers, have unexpected value changes. In addition, confirm that the data type of each column matches the expected values, such as integer compared to real.
When initially configuring your LLR Template, take care that the data type of your key columns matches the expected values.
If possible, obtain a backup of the review history. For this task it is probably necessary to work with the Revvity DevOps Team. Then use this history data to manually re-mark the status of affected items.
