Supporting Knowledge
When sharing, users can decide whether to grant Read, Write, or Full Control access:
Read – can view but not edit
Write – can edit and trash
Full Control – can edit, trash, restore, share, copy, among others
A user cannot add a particular table template to his/her experiment if it is not shared with him/her.
Every defined Table template is automatically shared with the Administrators group that is automatically granted Full Control privilege.
- Only users whose e-mail address belongs to the same domain as yours can be searched for. For the other users who are not in the domain, you have to provide their full e-mail address. However, if you have the Broad User Search privilege enabled by your system administrator, then you will be able to search for users across email domains by typing their first and last names.
- By default, the user or group will be granted with Read privilege.
- Three privileges are available: Read, Write and Full Control. You can edit the privileges by selecting the option that you want from the dropdown list corresponding to a particular user/ user group.
- Remove Sharing - Select the Remove user/ Remove group icon (X) corresponding to the User or User Group that you want to remove.
