Description: Users will see an "Update failed! Please try again later" error when attempting to modify their user settings an enable the "Autofill" option even when the tenant's configuration allows enabling the feature.
Cause: The feature to allow the modification of the user's name and last name is disabled in the tenant but there is a problem with the user's name information that causes the system to identify an attempt of modifying the user's name and the update to fail, an extra space or hidden character.
Solution:
1. Log into Signals Notebook as an administrator
2. Navigate to Signals Configuration > Users
3. Locate and click on the affected user's name/last name to enter 'Edit User'
4. Check the 'First Name' and/or 'Last Name' field for any extra spaces or hidden characters at the beginning or end of the name
5. If found, remove them
6. Click 'Save' to update the user information
7. Have the user refresh their browser and attempt to update their settings again
