2. Verify that the 'Materials' privileges are added to the appropriate user roles.
3. Create a group association using the 'Material Library Type' attribute.
4. Add the required Security Policy rules.
5. Double-check that the standard user is part of the "All Users" group and assigned the 'Material Library Type' attribute.
