Signals Notebook: Date/Time field displays differently in exported PDFs from the application

Description: When working with Admin Defined Tables (ADTs) that contain date/time fields users may notice the values are different in the interface and the printed PDFs.

Solution: Date/Time field values are always converted to and displayed in UTC (GMT) when exported from the application. This behavior is by design to ensure consistency across all exported documents, this includes PDF, CSV, SDF and other exported elements.
