Signals Notebook: Define user privileges on Requests from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ User role(s) must be created and defined.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [System Objects]
2️⃣ System Objects ➡ select Tasks and Requests
3️⃣ Tasks and Requests Settings pane ➡ select Request
4️⃣ Request Privileges section ➡ select/deselect privileges for user roles

Supporting Knowledge

• Privileges available for Requests:
  • Share: Allows users to share Requests with other users of their choosing.
  • Share Templates: Allows users to share Request templates.
  • Trash Requests: Allows users to trash Requests.
