1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [System Objects]
2️⃣ System Objects ➡ select Tasks and Requests
3️⃣ Tasks and Requests Settings pane ➡ select Task
4️⃣ Task ID Sequence section ➡ select [Add the auto-generated number] [Add the current parent name] [Add the current user initials or alias]
