Signals Notebook: Edit a Task property from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ Task property must be added.

*Required.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select  [System Objects]
2️⃣ System Objects ➡ select Tasks and Requests
3️⃣ Tasks and Requests Settings pane ➡ select Task ➡ select Properties
4️⃣ Task Properties section ➡ select property to edit
5️⃣ Edit Task Property ➡ edit Field Name* Field Type* Apply to all new tasks and task templates
6️⃣ Edit Task Property ➡ select  [Update]

Notes:

• Default properties cannot be modified.
• Field Name and Field Type cannot be edited for properties currently in use.
