Signals Notebook: Create a task(s) for a Request in Signals

Prior to this task:

✔ Request must be created.

*Required.

1️⃣ Signals Dashboard ➡ select  [Requests]
2️⃣ Requests ➡ select request
3️⃣ Request ➡ select  [Create Tasks]
4️⃣ Create Tasks window ➡ select Type* [Choose Items...]
5️⃣ Choose Items to Request Tasks on window ➡ select Enter text to search ➡ type search criteria item(s)
6️⃣ Choose Items to Request Tasks on window ➡ select [Choose Selected]
7️⃣ Create Tasks window ➡ select/type Quantity * Analyst Assigned Group
8️⃣ Create Tasks window ➡ select [Create]

Supporting Knowledge

Alternatively, the user can add a new task as an information item. From the Request page, select the [Add Content] button, then select  [Task]. From the Create Tasks window, follow previous steps 4️⃣-8️⃣.

Notes:

• The Task Container supports up to 200 tasks.
• Items linked as references appear under the Reference ID column. Each task can include up to 100 references.
• Users can bulk copy-paste property values from a MS Excel spreadsheet into the Task Container table.
