Signals Notebook: Assign a user/group to a task(s) of a Request in Signals

Prior to this task:

✔ Request must be created.

✔ Task must be created.

*Required.

1️⃣ Signals Dashboard ➡ select  [Requests]
2️⃣ Requests ➡ select request
3️⃣ Request Contents pane ➡ select [Task Container]
4️⃣ Task Container section ➡ select [task checkbox]
5️⃣ Task Container section ➡ select [Assign/Unassign Tasks] ➡ select Assign Tasks
6️⃣ Assign Tasks window ➡ select Analyst ➡ type user name Assigned Group ➡ type group name
7️⃣ Assign Tasks window ➡ select [Assign Tasks]

Notes: 

• Tasks can be reassigned to different analysts or groups, except for tasks with "In Progress" or "Complete" status, which are locked for reassignment.
• If the assigned user lacks access permissions to a task, a warning message will display, stating that the user does not have access to the assigned task and they need to contact their system administrator for assistance.

Optionally, users can unassign user/group from task(s). Follow previous steps 1️⃣–5️⃣ and select Unassign Tasks. From the Unassign Tasks window, select [Unassign Tasks].
