Add an in-line HELM annotation to a monomer/polymer in Signals

Prior to this task:

✔ Monomer/polymer must be inserted from the HELM Editor.

1️⃣ ChemDraw Document canvas ➡ select monomer/polymer to annotate
2️⃣  ChemDraw document ➡ select [Open panel]
3️⃣ Properties tab ➡ Monomer/Biopolymer – Annotation ➡ type annotation

Notes:

• Annotations can be added in the form of text and descriptions to specific sequence parts and are read and written to HELM strings and molfiles.
• When adding annotations to a monomer(s), a badge appears on the annotated monomer(s); hovering over the badge shows the annotation.
• When adding annotations to a polymer(s), the annotations appear directly in the ChemDraw canvas, above or below the sequence.
