Signals Notebook: The error "412 Failed to close entity by EID" occurs when attempting to close an experiment via the API.

The error “Failed to close entity by eid (412): This experiment action is not enabled” occurs when attempting to perform the closing action via API. 

Reason for the issue: The error “Failed to close entity by EID (412): This experiment action is not enabled” occurs when attempting to close an experiment via the API, but the system configuration does not have the “Allow close without signing” option enabled

1. Steps to Enable the Required Option
   Please follow the steps below to enable the setting:
   • Log in to the application as a System Admin.
   • Navigate to System Objects > Experiments.
   • Locate Signing Experiment, and under Signing Settings, enable the checkbox for “Allow close without signing”.
   • Save the settings.
   • Reload the application page, navigate back to the Swagger page, reload it, and rerun the query.
