How do I use the Guided Stereo tool in ChemDraw JS

Solution:

The Guided Stereo tool allows the users to manually add enhanced stereo annotations to the relevant atoms of a structure. It can be found in the chemical drawing tool bar 'Panel' and can begin once a full structure is selected.

Steps:
1. In the chemical drawing tool bar click the 'Open panel' icon

2. In the 'Panel' select the tab 'Guided Stereo'

3. In the Canvas select the full structure and click 'Begin' in the Panel

4. The list of available centers will appear. Select 'Show atom IDs' for clarity

5. Click on the dropdown menu of the atom you wish to edit and select the desired option. The changes will be reflected in the structure drawing

6. Click 'Done' when ready to save your changes
