If you are an administrator and have global read access, in Signals Notebook you can search for notebooks and filter them by user and see how many notebooks that user has created. Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to perform this search.
Access to Signals Notebook.
In the Dashboard, click on the "Notebooks" icon.

In the left side menu, click on “Add filter” and search for the “Creator” filter.

Once the filter has been added, make sure it is set in “Self.”

Click on “Enter a value” and type in the name of the user you want to search for to see how many notebooks they have.
Once the user suggestion is displayed, you will see the number of notebooks that person has next to it.

Additionally, if you add this user to the filter, the number of results will also show you the number of notebooks.

Note: If you require assistance in obtaining global access to the data, please refer to the following article Signals Notebook: How can administrators see the notebooks and experiments of all other users
