Signals Notebook: The 'Actions' button is not visible in the notebook's menu

A user is not able to see the 'Actions' button or kebab menu on the right corner of the notebook's menu

Cause: The user does not have the permissions needed to perform any of the actions in the menu

Solution: Contact the tenant's administrator to grant the necessary permissions to the user
