Signals Notebook: Option to delete a notebook or experiment is not present in the 'Actions' menu

A user is unable to find the 'Trash' option to delete a notebook or experiment event though they are the creator of the entity.

Cause: Tenant administrators can disable the option to trash notebooks and experiments based on the user's assigned roles that limit the actions even for creator users.

Steps: Contact your tenant's administrator to grant the necessary permissions to the user
