Signals Notebook: How to filter materials by creator

Signals Notebook allows users to search for materials and filter them by creator. Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to perform this search.

1. Access to Signals Notebook. 

2. Click on the option "Materials".
   

3. In the left side menu, click on "Add filters" and search for the option "Creator".
   

4. The new “Creator” filter will be added. In this section, you can enter the name or the email address of the user you want to search for, and you will only get results for materials created by the selected user.

   

Note: Using this search method will only allow you to view the materials to which you have access. If you do not obtain the expected results when performing this search, we invite you to contact your system administrator to verify your privileges in your tenant.
