Signals Notebook: Exporting experiment user reports

Administrators might need to obtain reports on how many experiments have been created by the users and their status in a determined time frame, this can be done from the 'Experiments' smart folder using the search filters for administrator users that have full control access over all the experiments on the tenant.

Solution: As a full control administrator use the 'Data Grid View' in the Experiment's smart folder to set up the filters, columns and export the search results.

Steps:
  1. Navigate to the ‘Experiments’ Smart Folder. 
  2. Select the ‘Data Grid View’ from the top-right view options. 
  3. Add a filter for 'user Creator' and select the desired user. 
  4. Add a filter for 'date Created' and specify the desired value.
  5. Go to the ‘Actions’ menu, select ‘Select Items…,’ then choose 'Action on All' and click ‘Export Items…’. 
  6. Confirm the export in the dialog box and wait for the .csv file download.
