Bearer token report provides you with the list of users who have active tokens for your tenant. Users might have multiple tokens, and might have tokens against multiple applications. The active tokens are presented as separate entries, where rows are added per user per application. For example if User A has two tokens , one for App 1 and the other for App 2, then you will see two rows for User A, in each row you will find the specific application name. If User A has multiple tokens for the same application, then one single row displays showing the user name, application name and the count of tokens for that application.
To display and manage the Bearer Token Report:
1. In the Signals Configuration page, click on System Settings, then expand Authentication and click Bearer Token Report.
The Bearer Token Report page displays:
At the top of the page you can find the domain name.
2. Click Download Report to download the bearer token report into a .csv format.
3. Use the Filter by user field to filter your list and narrow down the list by user name.
4. To expire tokens for a specific user, click on the corresponding Expire Tokens button. The Expire Tokens dialog appears prompting you to specify whether you want to delete a specific application's tokens or all the applications short term tokens. Select the option that you desire and click Expire Tokens button.
5. To expire all the tenant's short term tokens at once, click on Expire All Tokens button at the top of the window.
