Signals Notebook: Users see "Access Denied" or "Page Unavailable" warning messages when attempting to access materials

Users may encounter "Access Denied" or "Page Unavailable" messages when trying to use materials in Signals Notebook or Inventory even though the material libraries are active and their User Roles have the correct privileges to work with materials.

Cause: This typically occurs when security policies are not properly enabled or group associations are not configured correctly for the custom material libraries.

Solution: Enable the security policy and add the group associations

Steps:
1. Navigate to Signals Configuration > Security Policy
  1.1.Remove hashtag symbols (#) from the beginning of each security rule line (except description lines)
  1.2. Use Ctrl + / to quickly toggle comments on selected rules
  1.3. Save the changes to activate the security policy

2. Navigate to Signals Configuration > Group Associations
  2.1. Select the appropriate user group from 'Select a Group' column
  2.2. Choose 'Material Library Type' from 'Select a List' column
  2.3. Select the specific library name from 'Search and Select a Value' column
