Problem
When standard users edit a chemical drawing in a Chemical Drawing element of Signals Notebook, they can't find the HELM Editor icon in the Chemical Drawing element's toolbar. Or in the HEML Editor, they see that the list of HELM Monomer Libraries is empty.

Solution
Please make sure Group Associations and Security Policy are appropriately configured. If you would like to grant read access for all the default HELM Monomer libraries to all users, please follow the steps below.
Group Associations
- As an admin user, open and log in to the Signals Configuration app.
- Open the Group Associations smartfolder.
- In the Group column, select "All users".
- In the List column, select "HEML Monomer Libraries".
- In the Value column, select all the HEML Monomer Libraries that you would like to allow read access to all users for. (i.e., "Natural Monomers", "Pistoia Alliance Monomers" and "Signals Monomers")
Security Policy
As an admin user, please edit the Security Policy in Signals Configuration by following the instructions in the Product Basics article below:
Signals Notebook: Define the HELM Monomer rule of the Security Policy from the Signals Configuration
