Problem:

Rendering errors in E-Notebook


Solution:

User was unable to Sign and Close notebook pages in E-Notebook, getting the errors like below:

"Sorry, The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)."

"Sorry, an error occurred while exporting reaction of section "Reaction" of chemistry experiment "XXXXXX-XXX": Element not found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002802B (TYPE_E_ELEMENTNOTFOUND)). 00000010 00078 00792.9444 : Source: at Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.InlineShapes.AddPicture(String FileName, Object& LinkToFile, Object& SaveWithDocument, Object& Range) at CambridgeSoft.ENStandard.Chemistry.ChemicalStructureWordRenderer.ExportStructureToWord(String cdx, Range location)"



WORKAROUND:

Repairing MS Office helped.
