Problem:

Registration keeps reporting the ChemDraw Active X plug in is not active but it is already at Pro level in the server


Solution:

This issue happens when the ChemScript application is not active to level Pro. Both the ChemDraw Active X plug in and the ChemScript application need to be activated to Pro level in the application server for Registration 12 to correctly register compounds.
