Problem:

Error message 'Input string was not in a correct format' appears when clicking on any of the Registration options


Solution:

This error message is displayed when using Internet Explorer 11 with any version of Registration previous to 12.6.1. To use Internet Explorer 11 an update to CBOE 12.6.1 is needed.
