Problem:
Registration is recognizing tautomers as duplicates
Solution:
This issue happens when the Registration system is not configured to handle this type of duplicates. To allow tautomers to be saved as non duplicates perform these steps:
- Log into Registration with an administrator user e.g. t5_85
- Go to 'Customize Registration' > 'System Settings'
- Click on the 'Duplicate Checking' tab
- Change the following settings:
- IDENTITY set to YES
- TAUTOMER set to NO
- Click 'Save' to confirm the changes
- Log off the application
