Registration 12 does not recognize duplicate compounds

This setting needs to be specified in the application configuration, by following these steps:

1. Log into Registration with an administrator user
2. Click 'Customize Registration'
3. Click 'System Settings'
4. Go to the 'Registration' tab
5. Look for the 'CheckDuplication' setting and set the value to 'True'
6. Click 'Save'

The change will be reflected after the user logs out and logs back into Registration.
