Problem:
Registration 12 does not recognize duplicate compounds
Solution:
This setting needs to be specified in the application configuration, by following these steps:
- Log into Registration with an administrator user
- Click 'Customize Registration'
- Click 'System Settings'
- Go to the 'Registration' tab
- Look for the 'CheckDuplication' setting and set the value to 'True'
- Click 'Save'
The change will be reflected after the user logs out and logs back into Registration.
