Problem:

Inventory 12 displays 'ORA-04063:package body "CHEMINVDB2.RACKS" has errors' when attempting to browse


Solution:

This occurs because the racks package is in an invalid state. To fix it please follow these steps:
1. Log into the application server
2. Go to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ChemOffice\ChemInv\config\oracle_install_scripts\Create_blank_ChemInv_DB\sql\Update_Scripts
3. Run the RegistrationIntegration.cmd file
4. Follow the script's instructions
5. Once the script finishes test again
