Registration is showing an Error message when trying to submit record


Solution:

Application: Registration 12
Description: The following error message is displayed when trying when trying to submit a compound in Registration:

ChemDraw control version not supported in server side

Cause: The ChemDraw Active X plugin has not been activated to level Pro in the Application Server. Solution: Go to the Application Server
