Problem:

Uploading to Inventory using InvLoader results in substances with no chemical structure


Solution:

Application: InvLoader 10, 11, 12
Description: When uploading to Inventory using InvLoader the substances created do not have a chemical structure.
Cause: There is a problem with the dlls used by the system to process structure data.
Solution: Go to the application server and ensure the ActiveX ChemDraw plugin is in level Pro. Register the MolServer1X.dll, RegCodeCOM1X.dll and base64Decode.dll found in the InvLoader installation folder.
